You can call and apply by phone, or come by the office. Once approved, to open an account you will have to come into the office. We need to get copies of your current TX Driver's License or ID card, proof of income, and proof of residence.

When you come in to complete your loan, you’ll review the terms of your loan and set up the payment option that works best for you. As part of the closing process, you’ll need to bring a number of documents with you that we’ll need to make copies of, such as:

...Employment and Income Documentation (Most recent paycheck stub, bank deposit, award letter from SS)

Whether you apply by phone or in person, it rarely takes as long as an hour to be approved. If approved, you’ll need to come in to review the terms, fix a payment that works for you and get your check, which takes about 15 minutes at most.

As soon as you can come into the office. Also, if you change your mind, we keep applications on file for two years. If you call back within 90 days, we won’t have to re-process the appl. If you take out a loan and change your mind within three days, you can just bring the money back in and we’ll void the contract.
If something comes up and you need more money, please call me first to see what I can do before you go somewhere else. You don’t want more inquiries on your credit report or have to incur another debt.

We know that sometimes life will throw you off track, and that there may be times when you have difficulty in paying your loan payment. Please call or come by the office to talk with us and let us know what’s going on. It’s important to not wait until the last minute, when your payment is actually past due. The earlier you get in touch, the more options we have to help you make your payments and get back on track. As long as you get in touch, there is ALWAYS something I can do to help.
Of course! It’s all part of the job - to help you get the money you need and establish an affordable and realistic monthly payment schedule. We offer equal monthly payment installments up to 24 months. Payments are the same each month. You can make a full payment once a month, or you can break it down to pay ½ every two weeks. As long as the whole payment is made by the due date, which will be 30 days from the day you sign the contract, you can make partial payments.
We do pull a copy of your credit report from Experian Credit Bureau, but not your score. Scores tend to generalize information. I prefer to take each application individually to determine any decisions. We do report monthly transactions to Experian Credit Bureau. This helps you build a solid credit history.
Certainly - just call the office with a credit card or debit card. When you take out the loan, we have a payment authorization form you can fill out and sign if you want us to automatically take your payment on the due date. In this case, you don’t even have to call, unless for some reason, you don’t want it done that day. You can make your payments by mail, over the phone, or in person.
Also, for your convenience, by having your signature on file if you need to renew your loan and can't get down to the office, we can renew your loan and bring it to you. Maybe you are out of town and need money, call and if your bank has a branch in the Temple, Belton area, we will deposit the money in your account, if not that day, then the next morning, depending on your bank's hours. If you bank where we do, then we can transfer funds just by calling.
NO! No credit card numbers are stored on any computer. We use a Point of Sale Terminal where we key in the card number and exp. Date by hand.
